Moira McDonald is an Australian-American photographic artist working, living and making in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has earned her Bachelor of Fine Art in Photography from California College of the Arts and received her Master of Fine Art at San Jose State University. Her photographic inquiry is centered in the action of summoning the photographic image which is articulated through a diverse dialect and approach while she systematically creates photographs through simplified analog processes. Moira's photographs have been widely exhibited throughout the United States and abroad.
